This isn’t about signing people up with Netflix or Disney+. That’s easy. The hard part is cutting the cable or satellite cord and replacing it with a better TV experience while saving close to $100 a month.
There are so many options out there and no definitive guide. As the technology opportunities expand, the consumer choices multiply. It actually gets more and more complex for the home viewer.
So our role is to look at the needs of the consumer holistically and give them a clear path forward. What do they want to watch? What don’t they want to see? How much do they want to spend? How comfortable are they with technology?
This conversation lays the groundwork for the streaming video solution we create together. Because that’s what it is … they typically know what they want, they just don’t know how to get there.
